Session One - Setting You Up for Success
We'll take a c;loser look at your goals, your health history, and any factors we need to work around to be successful.
After our first session I will carefully review your health history and food diary.
Session Two - Creating Your Personalized Plan
We'll work together on a plan that reflects your food preferences, personality, and lifestyle, as well as your body type and metabolism.
Six Sessions of Coaching
This program includes six (6) weekly coaching sessions of at least 30 minutes each and email access if questions come up.
At the end of these sessions, you have the option of signing up for an additional six weeks of support.
